ASME Flanged & Dished Vessel Head Insulation The dish radius of the ASME flange and dished head is 100% of the vessel diameter. And, the knuckle radius is 6% of the vessel diameter.
Please measure the Overall Height, the Outer Diameter and Length of the Straight Flange. For the Outside Corner Radius, it is best to provide a template to obtain the Outside Dish Radius. Note: Insulation will be supplied to cover the knuckle. Use insulation curved sidewall segments to cover beyond Weld Line up to head insulation.
