Flanged & Dished Head Insulation Description: Flanged & Dished heads are comprised of both a dish radius and a knuckle radius. Typically the dish radius is between 80% to 100% of the vessel diameter. And, the knuckle radius is between 4% to 8% of the vessel diameter.

These areNOT to be confused with an ASME or 80-10 flanged and dished heads. There really is no "Standard" Flanged & Dished head. We must know the exact dimensions. Customer should supply an "as-built" drawing or actual knuckle sketch for best fit. Note: Insulation will be supplied to cover the knuckle. Curved sidewall segments should be used to cover beyond Weld Line up to head insulation. Flanged & Dished Head for Industrial Insulation
