It provides a made-to-order system that is guaranteed to fit. A factory-applied jacketing is integrally laminated to the pre-grooved insulation. The jacketing includes a 2" or 3" longitudinal overlap for complete weathersealing. A circumferential overlap is available at additional cost.*(Some sizes may require multiple pieces.) FabricationAll insulation;Cellular Glass, Isocyanurate, Perlite and Phenolic conforms to the exacting fabrication tolerances of ASTM C450 and C585. Our segmental fabrication assures a tight, close fit with no loss of thermal efficiency. Composite insulation systems are available, combining the best aspects of multiple products.Extol "Isowrap" ® insulations are available in half inch increments insulation thickness from 1" to 6" thick. Lengths are manufactured as 18", 24", 36" and 48", depending on insulation material and corresponding jacket system of choice. |

"Isowrap" ® Uses"Isowrap" ® may be used on ambient and above ambient systems both above and below ground.Many jackets are impermeable and suitable for direct burial. And/Or have a self-sealing lap which further speed installation. Other jackets maintain weather barriers and provide mechanical abuse resistance above ground. "Isowrap" ® , with a 'breathable' jacket may also be used to retrofit over existing insulation.
