Extol of Ohio provides an "Entire Insulation System" for your application. Complete your vessel head insulation with our pre-formed curved sidewall segments or beveled lags. Each course fits in equal pieces to go around the vessel walls from tangent to tangent.

We have recommended insulation specifications which incorporate appropriate accessories, such as; weather and vapor barriers and cladding, mastics, caulkings, joint sealers, bands and springs that are compatible with each insulation product.

The fabrication of each product conforms to the exacting tolerances of ASTM C450 and C585.
Specify your vessel diameter and type of head, the type of material and the thickness of insulation required.

The Extol of Ohio head segments is double contoured to fit the radius of the top of the tank or bottom. Each piece edge is beveled to fit the piece next to it. This assures a close, tight fit.

Most insulation is available in half-inch increment insulation thickness from 1". Single, double or triple layers of insulation are produced.
