Extol of Ohio, Inc. has permitted the undersigned, until advised otherwise by Extol of Ohio, Inc., to utilize the installation and product specifications listed below for the use of the undersigned and its customers in developing their own project use applications. in consideration thereof:

1. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that Extol of Ohio, Inc. believes that the information and recommendations contained in such specifications, to the best of its knowledge, are accurate and reliable as of the date printed.
2. Since use conditions of a particular proposed project use are not within the knowledge of Extol, and/or in the event that the products are not applied according to the specifications and recommendations, Extol of Ohio, Inc. in such circumstances DOES NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS FROM USE OF ITS PRODUCTS NOR OTHER INFORMATION GIVEN IN SUCH SPECIFICATIONS. NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN. SINCE LAWS AND USE CONDITIONS M AY CHANGE, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE UNDERSIGNED AND ITS CUSTOMERS TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATENESS OF ANY SUCH PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND/OR INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS FOR SPECIFIC USES.
3. Further, in the event that the products are not applied to the specifications and recommendations, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold Extol of Ohio, Inc., its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns harmless fro m any and all claims, liabilities, actions, demands, damages, costs, loss of services and expenses arising from the use of any product specifications and/or installation specifications provided by Extol of Ohio, Inc. to the undersigned for use by the unde rsigned or its customers.
4. In the case that the undersigned does apply Extol of Ohio, Inc. products in accordance with the specifications and recommendations, the following Extol of Ohio, Inc. warranty shall apply:
   Since Extol of Ohio, Inc. operates as a converter of insulation material and accessories which are obtained from the manufacturers of such material and accessories; Extol of Ohio, Inc. warrants that the materials purchased from these manufacturers are fabricated into insulation shapes in accordance with ASTM C585 dimentional tolerance standards, unless specifically ordered otherwise by the customer. NO WARRANTY, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, REGARDING THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE BY EXTOL OF OHIO, INC. REGARDING THE INSULATION MATERIAL AND ACCESSORIES IT OBTAINS FROM MANUFACTURERS. ANY WARRANTIES MADE FOR SUCH INSULATION MATERIAL AND ACCESSORIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THOSE, IF ANY, MADE BY ITS MANUFACTURERS.
